Abstract
After filling your garden beds and edging them, it's time to planting. Considering the weed barrier (cardboard) and that wood chips it has not turned into a living soil. For planting, remove wood chips (12 inches around the plant) and cut a X in the cardboard. Peel back the corner of the X and plant. Add soil around the plant and cover the soil with wood chips.
