  3 cups of tomato juice (12 gallons)
2 cups of crushed tomatoes (8 gallons)
1 cup of chili sauce (4 gallons)
3/4 cup of tomato paste (3 gallons)
3/4 cup of diced tomatoes (3 gallons)
2.5 pounds of ground beef (25 pounds)
1 cup of celery, diced (5 stalks of celery)
2 cups of carrots, diced (10 pounds)
1.5 cups of onion, diced (6 pounds)
1.5 cups of peppers, diced (12 peppers)
2 teaspoons of sugar (3 cups)
3/4 teaspoon of black pepper (1 cup)
3/4 teaspoon of salt (1 cup)
1 tablespoon of chili seasoning (2 ounces)
1/4 teaspoon of ground chili (1/2 cup)
3/4 teaspoon of basil (1 cup)
1 1/2 teaspoons of oregano (2 cups)
2 teaspoons of parsley (3 cups)
2 teaspoons of garlic powder (2 cups)
1 tablespoon of powdered sage (2 ounces)
1 tablespoon of powdered thyme (2 ounces)
