STEP-BY-STEP DIRECTIONS

PREPARATION - CAKE
Preheat the oven to 350°F
(175°C).
Grease two
9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix
together the dry ingredients. Do
the same with the wet
ingredients in a separate bowl.
Combine the dry and wet
ingredients by hand until a
smooth batter is formed. The
batter will be quite liquid, so
pour it into the two prepared
pans.
Bake for 30 minutes
or until a toothpick inserted
into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the pans and
allow the cakes to cool
completely before covering with
frosting. |
