Hot Chicken BBQ Sauce - Flavor Crisp Style
 
  STEP-BY-STEP DIRECTIONS :
 
 
  Preparation time: 40 minutes.

In a large pot, add water, celery, and onions, then bring to a boil.

Next, mix the hot chicken sauce base, chicken base, thyme, bay leaves, garlic powder, crushed chili, vinegar, dry mustard, a cup of water, and tomato paste.
 
 
 
  Reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.

Then, strain the sauce through a sieve.

2 celery branches, diced

2 1/2 cups of hot-chicken sauce base
1/4 cup of chicken base
1 teaspoon of thyme
