It's time to start to dig...
Well it’s that’s time I start
to dig the outside of the coop to access all the lovely
1 year old coop poop.
I add this 50/50 to my
potting mix.. normally it’s dryer to dig up but this
crap uk weather is not helping.. Best thing I ever
did was get chickens ….
Small worms that decompose matter
Increase your overall compost yield each year
CHICKEN COOP POOP COMPOST … this weather isn’t helping
me ..slightly wet when sieving but definitely the best
way to give my plants that extra bit more ..doing this
increases my overall compost yield each year ..
recycling/reusing.., I’d say one of the first things on
a new plot is a compost pile .. as you get everything
sorted all the weeds/crap goes on the pile .. you’ll
never regret it … or do you want to constantly be buying
year after year...

The Sheddy Man explains how to add
eggshells to compost. He shows to us
what he does with them to his compost to
degrade over a few years and aerate it.
No drying out in ovens, just let them
dry out naturally and hand crush, slowly
but surely.
Darren John Wilkinson (The Sheddy Man)
sown carrot seeds in 3 types of compost
to see wich one will be the best :
homemade compost, homemade compost with
sand and peat. Everything I do is an
experiment to show what works or not.
Happy sowing, happy growing!
