The chicks should be placed in a brooder. It's a dry and warm place after you get chicks out of the automatic incubator.

One section of the brooder at a 95 F. Another cooler area which are installed the feeder and waterer. Chicks will find their level of comfort. 

Here the brooder has been installed in a heated section of the chicken coop.
