Some tips for storing
your eggs:
1- Place your eggs on the side in stone dust or
sand.
2- Storage in a dark room.
3- Humidity 80% and temperature between 55 and
60º Fahrenheit.
4- It is recommended that most eggs be stored no
longer than 1 week.
5- Turn them at least twice a day.
6- Don't wash your eggs. |
